Anger Management / Emotional Regulation program is for anyone who struggles to deal with anger effectively. Topics included; about anger, quick control, strategies to manage anger, relationships, recognizing and changing unhelpful thoughts, and challenges to managing anger. Learn about ways to manage anger, recognize warning signs, learn assertiveness skills, explore emergency control options, new ways to cope, develop alternative behaviours and more.

Program Length: 6 weeks, 1.5 hours per session
