Monday evenings from February 8 to April 5, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This eight-week program is designed for youth between the ages of 15 to 18. The program provides tools and skills to increase quality of life and develop healthy coping habits.
Maximum of 25 participants.
