Summer Passport to Mental Health – Youth
Thursdays, July 7 – August 11
6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
This program has 6 weeks of activities that teach middle school aged youth about mental health and give interactive and practical steps for youth and families to consider how to build mental health resiliency and cope in times of high stress situations.
Core components:
Week 1: Building positive attitude / resilience
Week 2: Confidence building, building your best self, identity formation
Week 3: Strengthening relationships, person boundaries
Week 4: Emotional regulation, problem solving
Week 5: Stress management
Week 6: Mindfulness
