Summer Passport to Wellness (St George)

A six-week wellness program for elementary and middle school level age children filled with practical steps, tips and activities to be completed during the week that help build wellness and resiliency into everyday life.
Core components for Summer Passport to Wellness activities:
Week 1: Building positive attitude / resilience
Week 2: Confidence building, Build your best self, Identify formation
Week 3: Strengthening Relationships, Personal boundaries
Week 4: Emotional regulation, problem solving
Week 5: Stress management
Week 6: Mindfulness
