For the past two years it has been difficult to do things that were often taken for granted. This presentation offers participants the opportunity to learn about the benefits of feeling motivation while working, and reducing job stress through work/life balance. Participants will also learn encouraging self-esteem practices through changing their thoughts, feelings and emotions, which can lead to better mental wellness.
