Course Description
Stigma is a challenging experience and is commonly both external and internal. This two-session course explores common stigma in our society and how we view ourselves and the likeliness for self-sabotage when we hold stigma towards ourselves. In this course you will gain strategies to respond to stigma and to recognize the strengths you have developed on your journey.
Course length: 2 sessions (1.5 hours each session)

- Identify strategies to manage and reduce self-stigma
