LivingWorks safeTALK® is an interactive suicide prevention training that helps participants recognize the signs that someone may be thinking about suicide and connect them to life-saving support. In just four hours, participants gain the confidence and practical skills to start a conversation, provide immediate support, and help connect a person to further care.

Ideal For: 
Anyone aged 15 and older who wants to help build safer schools, workplaces, organizations, and communities—no prior mental health training is required. 

Outcome: 
Participants leave as Suicide Alert Helpers, equipped with practical skills to identify risk, respond with confidence, and connect people to the support they need.
