During Emotional Regulation program you will be given information about the various emotions more specifically anger and how you may manage them. Topics includes: about anger, quick control, strategies to manage emotions, relationships, recognizing and changing unhelpful thoughts and challenges to managing emotions.
Program Length: 6 weeks, 1.5 hours per session
