Archer’s story:
“Moncton area born and raised. Archer is in the purest sense a singer songwriter. A sound that works both with intimate acoustic guitar or full band setting. Always tinkering with the next new song idea and having fun along the way.
Men’s mental health has been underplayed for far too long. The negative stigma of men showing affection and caring for one another is one that I feel needs to be corrected. This song is dedicated to the guys who are hurting and thinking that suicide is the best solution. We need to support each other.

Lyrics
They call it a silent crisis
A quiet tragedy
Being a man ain’t quite as
Easy as they make it out to be
We can blame it on our fathers
We can blame it on the world
Are we as justified as we’ve Been told
A guy doesn’t show his feelings Take it like a man you weakling Always telling him that
Boys don’t cry
This is how a guy gets treated
This is how a man gets Defeated
But Tell him once again that Boys don’t cry
How many of our heroes die
A death by their own hand
With paper tears goodbye
It’s doctors and beggars and Fathers and sons
It’s the lonely
It’s the popular ones
Look there another one’s fading
Look there another one’s gone
A guy doesn’t show his feelings Take it like a man you weakling Always telling him that
Boys don’t cry
This is how a guy gets treated
This is how a man gets Defeated
But Tell him once again that Boys don’t
Cry
It’s ok to be brave and
Cry
Reach out and teach us how to
Cry
And if you need me I’ll be Someone you can cry with
Oh my brothers
I know it isn’t easy
Reach up reach out
That’s what it takes believe me
A better guy shows his feelings Take it like a man has no meaning
Can we unteach this hymn that Boys don’t cry
This is how a guy should be Treated
This is how a man gets believed in
Never again will we say boys don’t cry
