
Learning to Cope

6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Learning to Cope program is designed to support, guide, and educate youth (aged 14 to 18) struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety.
The program is designed based on principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy.
Learning to Cope is an eight-week education and therapeutic group program in 1.5 hour sessions by a trained facilitator.
Capacity of 25 participants.
