Therapeutic gardening can teach us a lot about ourselves. Learn to use gardening as a tool to practice acceptance of things beyond our control.
The session will touch on 4 aspects of therapeutic gardening:
1. Green therapy
2. Practice acceptance of things beyond our control
3. Being rewarded for our efforts
4. The creative sanctuary
