CMHA of NB will be doing a series of information & education sessions on various topics of mental health and mental illness. This is a friendly opportunity to have conversation and learn about how we can practice wellness and have a healthier understanding of mental health and illness. Third Tuesday of every month.

Explore compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, as well as helpful strategies for avoiding burnout. Learn about building a self-care plan.
