CMHA of NB will be doing a series of information & education sessions on various topics of mental health and mental illness. This is a friendly opportunity to have conversation and learn about how we can practice wellness and have a healthier understanding of mental health and illness. Third Tuesday of every month.
June’s session is Stress Management
We’ll cover work-life balance, reactions to stress, as well as the value of positive thinking and steps to building mental wellness.
