Making Wellness a Priority
1 in 5 will experience a mental illness, but 5 in 5 have mental health. The Making Wellness a Priority program is a monthly education session for the 5 in 5 who want to maintain or improve their overall state of wellness. Each month a health professional will provide information on a variety of topics related to wellness such as sleep hygiene, nutrition, and stress management.
Cooking for One or Two
Join Sobeys Dietitian Jennifer Myles-Ingersoll for a free nutrition class: Cooking for One or Two at Sobeys. You will learn about meal planning and preparing food for one or two people, and how to be creative with your leftovers!
