Making Wellness a Priority
1 in 5 will experience a mental illness, but 5 in 5 have mental health. The Making Wellness a Priority program is a monthly education session for the 5 in 5 who want to maintain or improve their overall state of wellness. Each month a health professional will provide information on a variety of topics related to wellness such as sleep hygiene, nutrition, and stress management.
Mental Benefits of Martial Arts
A presentation regarding the benefits of Ju Jutsu for one’s physical and mental wellness. Sensei Brycen Roy will provide a short demonstration of class content followed by a discussion of the benefits which members may achieve, featuring photos of classes and events.
