Engaging Employees in Mental Wellness
Program Description
This training is designed to provide leaders within a workplace environment with the necessary information and strategies to build positive mental health and well-being for all employees while effectively supporting individual employees with mental health concerns.
Modules
- Exploring the Mental Health Continuum
- Mental Health & Illness in the Workplace
- Practical Strategies for Support & Communication
- Preventing Crisis, Burnout and Suicide, as well as Understanding Community Resources
Layout: One full day, 7.5 hours total. This one-day training can be offered in-person or virtually in 2 half-day Zoom sessions.
Languages: English & French
Cost: Co-Workers First is offered at a cost of $100/person + tax. A subsidy through the Department of Health to reduce the cost to $30/person + tax is available.
