Program Description
This training is designed to provide leaders within a workplace environment with the necessary information and strategies to build positive mental health and well-being for all employees while effectively supporting individual employees with mental health concerns.

- Exploring the Mental Health Continuum
- Mental Health & Illness in the Workplace
- Practical Strategies for Support & Communication
- Preventing Crisis, Burnout and Suicide, as well as Understanding Community Resources

This one-day training can be offered in-person or virtually. This program is offered by the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick.
