This 13-week program is for persons affected with low self-esteem. Our weekly sessions promote healthier self-esteem and teach positive coping skills. During this program, people share, listen, and find ways to improve their own self-esteem through the help of others.

Life After Loss: Survivors of Suicide
A 10-week education program for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide.
Our hope is to provide a supportive environment that encourages listening and sharing stories with others who have experienced a loss through suicide, while enhancing your understanding about suicide and helping you move forward in the healing process.
A trained facilitator will offer information on the grieving process, self-care, coping strategies and community resources. Confidentiality and privacy of sharing within the group is strongly promoted.

D2R: From Dependency to Recovery
An eight-week education program for individuals who are living with an addiction, unhealthy behaviours, or families affected by addiction. The program will provide information and resources to assist individuals in staying focused on recovery which takes effort and a strong support system.
A trained facilitator will discuss issues that relate to addiction; including information on symptoms, treatment options, coping strategies and community resources. The aim of D2R: From Dependency to Recovery is to offer assistance as well as encouragement in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
